Data Entry Keyer

Data 4U has an immediate position for a Data Entry Keyer to work at home.

You must have good, accurate typing/data entry skills, 10 key by touch
You must have a Windows XP computer with a broadband connection and printer*
You must have basic computer skills: open programs, manipulate files, and follow instructions
You must manage your time and minimize distractions to get urgent work done on a timely schedule
You must read and speak English fluently
You are responsible! completing work assigned, asking important questions, reporting status changes

This position is a flexible, work-at-home opportunity to utilize your data entry skills using your computer. You will download batches of image files from our FTP site, display them on your screen and, following strict instructions and keying rules, key the information into the special data entry program we will provide to you. You will zip your completed work and place it back on our FTP site.

This is seasonal work and the present season will typically run from September into November.

You may work flexible hours of your choosing, with approval of your supervisor.

Your work site will be inspected. We will load your computer with the required software and provide instruction in how the work is to be done - step by step. You will need to process the work you commit to quickly and return the completed data batches as soon as you have finished them, but in less then a day.

This position pays on a per record basis - the more records you key, the more you make. Deductions for errors and late work. Work loads may vary.
